His graphic novel \u003ci\u003ePower Born of Dreams, \u003c\/i\u003e which tells the autobiographical story of his time as a political prisoner in Israel, received the Palestine Book Award. He has also collaborated with Khaled A. Beydoun on \u003ci\u003eEyes on Gaza: Witnessing Annihilation, \u003c\/i\u003e which chronicles recent events in Palestine.
