Founded in 1979, by Seth Tobocman and Peter Kuper, World War 3 Illustrated was among the first American publications to treat comics as a medium for serious social commentary and journalism. It is the longest running anthology of political comics.
Now rebranded as a book series, each volume focuses on themes suggested by current events, this one on the meaning and immediate aftermath of the Trump election.
